One workshop · two valuable outcomes

Learn the system—or let TEX8 build it.

We show what is possible, what a professional implementation requires and which route makes sense for your goals, time and experience.

Path 01 · Learn

I want to understand and build it myself.

Follow the practical content, deepen your skills and—when the structured course becomes available—learn the complete process step by step.

  • Practical knowledge instead of AI hype
  • Architecture, tools and implementation workflow
  • A future structured TEX8 course path
Path 02 · TEX8 implementation

This is relevant—but I cannot or do not want to build it.

Use the workshop to recognize the right solution, then discuss your app, AI agent, platform or automation directly with TEX8.

  • Professional scoping and architecture
  • Development, integration and infrastructure
  • A clear project conversation after the workshop

What you will learn

Beyond the prototype.

The workshop connects product, technology and business instead of treating AI as a single prompt or isolated feature.

01

Validate the real problem

Separate an interesting idea from a recurring problem people or businesses will actually pay to solve.

02

Map the complete system

Understand how frontend, backend, data, permissions, AI, payments, admin and operations fit together.

03

Choose a sensible first version

Reduce scope without creating a disposable demo that must be rebuilt as soon as real users arrive.

04

Decide your next step

Know what you can build yourself, what to test first and where professional implementation becomes valuable.

75-minute format

See what is possible. Then choose your next step.

The public teaching section may also be streamed or published on YouTube. Registered participants stay for the interactive project discussion. Attendees are never shown or heard publicly without explicit permission.

Questions

Before you register.

Is the workshop really free?

Yes. The workshop teaches practical concepts and helps you decide whether independent implementation, the future TEX8 course or professional implementation by TEX8 is the right next step.

Do I need technical experience?

No. Technical details are explained in plain language, while deeper architecture is included for developers and technical founders.

Where does it take place?

Registered participants receive a private Google Meet access link. The teaching section may also be available on YouTube.

Will my camera or question appear on YouTube?

Not without explicit permission. Public questions are read by the host; the participant grid and private discussion are not broadcast.
