A stablecoin option can be added where legally, operationally and technically suitable. It does not remove refund, accounting or money-flow questions.

Fulfilment centre

Orders, line items, addresses, inventory, shipping events and tracking are handed to the selected fulfilment system through stable contracts.

Push and communication

Transactional messages, delivery updates, campaigns and in-app notices follow consent, channel and user preference.

AI assistant

An assistant can support discovery, FAQs, seller onboarding or support while using only approved data and permitted actions.

Operator backend

Catalogue, sellers, commissions, orders, support cases, content, roles and operational metrics remain centrally traceable.

Payments are a responsibility model, not merely an API

Who acts as merchant, pays fees, triggers payouts and handles refunds or disputes depends on the platform model and provider. TEX8 implements the software integration. The marketplace operator signs its own agreements with Stripe, Revolut or other providers and pays their transaction, merchant, hosting and usage fees.

Saved cards are not stored as card numbers in TEX8. Sensitive payment data remains with the provider, while the platform uses designated customer and payment-method references. A multi-seller cart additionally needs explicit allocation of line items, fees, payouts and refunds.

Fulfilment is designed at line-item level

With several sellers, one order may involve different warehouses, delivery times and return routes. The marketplace core therefore separates buyer order, seller order and fulfilment order. Integrations transmit only required data, process repeatable events and expose failures instead of silently losing state.

Clear boundaries protect operators and users

TEX8 sells and supports the software but does not automatically become the marketplace operator, payment provider or merchant. KYC, merchant-of-record, taxes, consumer rights, product responsibility and permitted countries must be resolved with the responsible professionals and providers for the concrete model. Architecture implements those decisions; it does not replace them.

Are website, mobile app and desktop app included?

They can be part of the same modular solution. The agreed scope defines which surfaces launch in version one and which follow later.

Can a fulfilment centre be integrated?

Yes. Orders, line items, inventory, addresses, shipment status and tracking are connected through the selected fulfilment provider's interfaces.

Can users save their cards?

Yes, when supported by the provider and payment model. Sensitive card data remains with the provider; the platform uses designated references.

Are Stripe, Revolut Merchant and stablecoins possible?

Stripe Connect, a suitable Revolut Merchant model and optional USDT or USDC can be evaluated. Availability, fees and suitability depend on operator, country and provider agreement.

Does TEX8 pay payment and provider fees?

No. The marketplace operator signs and pays its own provider and infrastructure agreements, including transaction, merchant, hosting and usage fees.
